Good places to find Aussie web developers

Not sure if I'm meant to be posting this here (Apologies from me in advance) but I was wondering where I could go to find web developer/design people who want to work on a per project basis. They have to be in Australia though because I couldn't be arsed with the American dollar. I have lots of nice creative projects on and need help.

Any websites, phone numbers anything!
