Hi Team,

First real post here...Im trying to get a project off the ground and im searching for someone who has a broad range of skills regarding SMS Gateways and Web App Development.

I believe im searching for a dev thats pro-efficient at the front and backend but ill settle for someone who can project manage instead. Being able to consult to myself in person and drive a team of skilled individuals is probably the best way to get the project completed efficiently.

However if your great with code and good with people then id love to hear from you. From a user point of view, i have things now fully fleshed out.. Ive also got a dev having a crack at it now. The problems is, im not technically minded in that area, so i could be making mistakes and i wouldn't even know it. So i need someone else other then myself overseeing the project.

The project will be rather large and probably require mores devs within 6months so any ideas on the err...idea, would be appreciated. Thanks all

Reece :)

Forgot to add...

Id prefer to have all the heavy lifting to sent overseas to bring the cost down. As you can imagine were a scrappy startup with bugger all funds. In saying that we know that good professionals are worth it and dont srimp on the very important stuff.

Odesk, Elance, Freelance etc....Id like to put the progress of the project put on my blog so that other people can comment. Im a member at whirlpool(like everyone here i guess) also and love the feedback i get from those guys/gals.

Priceless. Cheers

Welcome to the forums Reece, good to see you poking around our happy li'l nerds for some help getting going. Give it time, I'm sure you'll find it.

Don't forget to come have a beer and some nibblies with us at the Port 80 events. Next week's (wednesday night) has the Top Cat at iinet (which "i" do I capitalise? Can never remember...) coming to speak. Should be awesomesauce.

Be there or be... um... well hell, we're all kind of squarish. If you're not there, you're an indeterminate shape that's really rather uncool. There you go.
