I am a Web Developer with over ten years experience, I have my own office, my own equipment and ABN, and I'm ready for more work.

My Skills include:

Programming with PHP and Javascript

Quick-thinking debugging, problem-solving and troubleshooting

Provide creative solutions and innovative new ideas

Designing with Photoshop and perfectly transferred to HTML5 and CSS3

Build, maintain and operate a server (LAMP and others)

Work independent or a part of a team

Here is just a few of the many reasons you will want to hire me:

During a live radio promotion, a client's site they were promoting went down. Even without any experience working on the site beforehand, I worked quickly to restore the site and saved my client from losing hundreds of leads.

When a client wanted to upgrade their online video community chat software to FlashComs, they turned to me because even without any experience with the chat software nor the backend RED5 media server software, I deliver them the built server and fully integrated it with their vBulletin installation within days.

After been turned away from other developers and not finding a pre-built plug-in, a client turned to me to build them profanity filter for their vBulletin forum. The filter was to be controlled by the user, with each user defining their words to be filtered along with a set list as well as the option to turn the filter on and off at anytime. Something that was unheard of and considered difficult to pull off. I delivered it within hours.

You can see my skills and experience in action with a game of Tetris.

If you wish to know more you can contact me via e-mail (me at gerryevans dot com).

I have a client who is looking to sell a new product online in AUS. It's a fairly low cost product and he's not expecting to sell big numbers to start with. However, it could quickly grow.

The product involves a subscription that needs to be renewed yearly so if we can get a billing token to charge in future, that'd be neat. But in the interest of keeping costs low, we'll probably look at a handing off to a gateway page and then returning back (as opposed to API).

The client is will NAB so that's where he'll need his merchant account setup. However in theory, he could still use Payment Express for the gateway, instead of NAB gateway solutions. I haven't dealt with their solutions before. I have however built many solutions using DPS or Payment Express and them good to integrate with.

Can anyone give me general advice? I can't find much info on the NAB site.

Specific questions are

• Would it work out much more costly to use NAB merchant + Payment Express.

• Does the NAB hosted page solution still provide you with a token that can be used for future recharging?
