If you're an experienced .Net Developer, with content management system experience, we'd like to speak with you.

The role
• Work on a variety of core .Net projects including websites, microsites, intranets, and bespoke applications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Content Management Systems.
• Work alongside the creative team, to help generate creative ideas, and diverse technical solutions.
• Capture technical requirements from clients and team members.
• Test, validate and document work produced as part of the development process.
• Provide feedback on various core elements of sites/projects.
• Provide estimations to assist with project planning.

What we’re looking for
• Advanced skills and experience in .Net 2.0/3.5/4.0
• Solid experience developing and extending Content Management Systems (including Umbraco, Sitecore)
• Good understanding of OOP, JavaScript, Ajax, and client-side development issues
• Good understanding of XML/XSLT, data access and business logic layers
• Thorough knowledge of browser versions, bugs, compatibility and compliance issues
• Understands site navigation, architecture, usability, scalability, and accessibility issues
• Able to integrate front-end interactive technologies and HTML templates
• Good understanding of HTML page structure, CSS, and W3C coding standards and best practice
• Strong understanding of the web development process
• Strong technical and non-technical communication skills
• Able to work within a multi-disciplined team including designers, developers, UX/IA consultants, and project managers
