WordPress Ecommerce Plugin

Hi there everyone,

I have a client who wants to add a store to their worpress site.

I have tried a few plugins, ie wordpress e-commerce and Yak - and they both appear to be quite buggy with the newest version of wordpress (Wordpress e-commerce actually stops the administrative panel from working altogether).

Do any of you "bright sparks" out there have any suggestions for me? I would appreciate any advice you've got to give.

ps. I will also need to hook it up to a NAB Hosted transaction page so the payment gateway options have to flexible.

I've been looking for a good e-commerce component for WordPress for YEARS.

Thus far, none exist. Not if you're still keeping "good" in your description.

I've also said, LOUDLY I might add, that one could make quite a lucrative practice of buil1ding one of these. I'd do it, but I have a newborn yelling at me (just like his mother, he yells, doesn't cry).

We talked just yesterday!

Only it was in the pub, and we mostly talked about our wives and about horses doing it with each other.

horses doing it together definitely should facilitate a decent ecommerce plugin :P

allow the user to complete their order without having to create an account/login on the site. if you want to provide that sort of thing, do it automatically using a combo of email address / auto generated password.
