This was working on 4 people per apartment. The sticky issue with theses is the bathroom. As there is usually only one.

The Vulcan maybe equal distance to the Powerhouse, but its the same distance around Darling harbour again to the conference centre. So it maybe time to find new accommodation.

Well, whatever you reckon is the best idea, I'll go in on that. Sleep is fairly limited anyway so I'm not too fussy. I'm planning on flying in on Tuesday (attending a Wednesday workshop) and flying out Sunday.

I would book flights at least people ASAP, especially if you are coming back on Sunday after hack day and the after after party. Two planes on the way back are already full.
