Has AWIA submitted/lodged the response with the Department?

Thanks for raising this Franki. The honest answer is we missed the boat on this one!

Not hard to do - I missed its existence entirely at submit time, too
Any idea where it was advertised?

It was clearly advertised on the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying 'Beware of the Leopard.'

You'd think we'd know to check spots like that by now, wouldn't you?

I also think the summer holidays got the better of us, the timing was perfect: hit them before they are back to work, that way we have less responses to deal with. Was not actually advertised much by the government.

I'm disappointed. Tuna even reminded to make a formal submission. The formal submission was where it would have counted the most.

Ok. Those CERN people have really caused some chaos.

First Gary agreed with Franki.

And now Franki is pointing out what Gary said (without making fun).

I think something has gone terribly wrong in the space-time-logic continuum.

Am a bit disappointed we missed the formal submission. But it has happened now and there is no point stewing. I'd like to know what the next move is from here?
