Hey
This is my first time putting my work up for peer review. http://www.nzsti.org This was my last client in NZ before moving out here to start up work in Perth. They are The New Zealand Society of Translators and Interpreters. The main focus of the site was to act as a portal for members and as a search engine for the public to find a translator or interpreter who spoke their language. Let me know what you think. Looks ok, but i'd like to see stronger calls to action for the two target groups... big obvious things like "I want to offer my services as a translator" and "I am looking for a translator"

hmm at present it appears that the most import goal of the sites
1) new members 2) the conference 3) members area the find section is visually complicated and takes some working out. These objective are fine, if that is what they are. I'm also not a fan of fat-footers as these tend to indicate a poor or lazy Information Architecture development the Search page is a better layout than on the home page for the search form.
